Accounts with no transaction activity for more than 12 months will be marked as inactive. An administrative fee of BDT 50 per month may be charged on inactive accounts. Logging back into your account will stop the fee from being applied.
Any member can close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before doing so. Once an account is closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details.
If a dispute arises with Bhai Baji, please contact our customer support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours.
If a matter cannot be resolved through Bhai Baji's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority. In the case of betting disputes, system logs and server records will be treated as conclusive evidence.
